The AI Counsel
A confidential, ongoing advisory relationship for executive leaders who want to think clearly about AI without the noise. No consultants, no process, no disruption. A regular conversation with someone who has spent a decade building AI-augmented businesses, helping you find the problems worth solving and the ideas worth pursuing.

Most executive leaders have already had the consultancy conversation about AI.
A team arrives. Slides are presented. A framework is introduced. The engagement runs for several months and produces a roadmap that looks comprehensive, costs a significant amount, and was largely written before anyone spent serious time understanding how your organisation actually works. You implement some of it. Some of it sits in a folder.
The AI Counsel is a different kind of relationship entirely.
It is a confidential, long-term advisory engagement between you and a practitioner who has spent a decade building AI-augmented businesses from the ground up, across fintech, maritime, hospitality, recruitment, sustainability, and more. Not advising on them from a distance. Actually building them, with the same tools, the same constraints, and the same commercial pressures your teams face.
The format is a regular conversation, two to four times a month, focused on whatever is most pressing for you right now. A customer experience that is not working. A competitor move that needs a response. A process that feels ready for augmentation. A decision that needs a thinking partner rather than a report.
What makes this different is not the AI expertise, though that is real. It is the approach. There are no safe answers here, no default recommendations, no pre-packaged solutions. Every conversation starts from your specific situation, your customers, your team, your constraints, and works outward from there. The goal is to help you see what you are not seeing, ask the questions your organisation is too close to ask, and find the ideas that are genuinely right for where you are, rather than the ones that look good in a presentation.
That means challenging assumptions. It means suggesting directions that might feel uncomfortable before they feel obvious. It means being willing to say that the expected answer is not the right one, and then working through what the right one actually is.
Over six months or more, that builds into something genuinely useful: a personalised roadmap of AI initiatives, a clearer picture of where your organisation is ready to move and where it needs to develop first, specific ideas for augmenting customer experience and internal operations, and the kind of accumulated understanding that only comes from a sustained relationship rather than a one-off project.
Sessions are available in person in Singapore, which is the preferred format, or online for leaders based elsewhere. The engagement is priced at SGD 1,000 per session, billed monthly, with a minimum commitment of six months. Availability is strictly limited.
This is not a consultancy. There is no team, no kickoff workshop, no deliverable deck, and no interest in telling you what you want to hear. There is a trusted advisor, a regular conversation, and enough time to make it count.
