Cindy Nguyen is a generalist by design. Her career has moved through partnerships, B2B technology services, regtech, consumer products, custom manufacturing and now AI-native product building, and the pattern has stayed the same: find the bottleneck, learn what is needed and build the system that gets things moving.
Today she conceives and directs AI-assisted products, agentic workflows and business-knowledge systems. She decides what the system should do, challenges what comes back and gets useful things shipped, with a commercial and customer lens on every build.
That lens comes from more than a decade of commercial work. She started in strategic partnerships at the Singapore Polo Club, developing sponsorship and event partnerships with brands and organisations including Samsung, BMW, Pocari Sweat, Tata Communications, La Martina and the Korean High Commission. In 2015 she founded Qudy, a Singapore-based web, mobile app and graphic design company, building its accounts through direct outreach, referrals and repeat business.
That same year she co-founded Regit, a B2B regtech startup built on a simple idea: businesses should be able to comply with Singapore’s PDPA without first becoming privacy-law experts. She led its commercial and data-protection work for eight years, and in 2020 Regit was selected as one of four startups in the EY Foundry Singapore cohort.
From 2020 she led market research, marketing and analytics at Tradedo, spending nine years identifying consumer trends, product opportunities and new product categories. Her work also spans custom manufacturing, where she translates technical requirements into practical, customer-focused solutions that people can understand, trust and buy into.
Having built businesses from the ground up, Cindy understands both the commercial challenges and the practical realities of implementation. She bridges business needs and emerging technology, helping organisations move beyond ideas and experimentation to solutions they can actually use.
